Below is your garbage collection day of the week followed by your loose leaves Collection day:
Monday – October 27-31, December 8-12, and January 20-23
Tuesday – October 20-24, December 1-5, and January 12- 16
Wednesday – October 13-17, December 17-21, and
January 5-9
Thursday – November 10-14, December 29-January 2, and February 2-6
Friday – November 3-7, December 15-19, and January 26-30
Place loose-leaves at curbside by 7 AM the Monday of your collection week.
Keep loose-leaves away from storm drains and parked cars.
Leaves must be free of tree/shrub limbs and foreign objects.
Bagged leaves must be contained in untied clear plastic or untied biodegradable paper bags.
Black/non-clear plastic or tied bags will not be collected and may be subject to Code Enforcement Action and removal fees of $150 or more.
Bagged leaves are collected weekly on your regular garbage collection day; ideal for those desiring more frequent leaf collection.
The City of Concord has a limited supply of free biodegradable bags available on a first come, first served basis. We anticipate our supply of bags lasting through January 1, but when they are gone, the City will no longer provide free biodegradable bags. Contact the Customer Care Center at 704-920-5555 to request your bags or for more information.
The City will collect your Christmas trees. Please remove the stand, lights, and ornaments, and place your trees at the curb with your regular yard waste on your collection day.
